Returns Policy for Funky Banana Australia

At Funky Banana, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-engraved products tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we understand that issues may arise. Therefore, we gladly accept returns for faulty or damaged products.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Faulty Products: If your engraved item arrives with a defect or malfunction, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Damaged Products: In the event your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage to both the product and its packaging. We will work with the customer and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Change of Mind: As our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as changes in design preferences, incorrect spelling or wording provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the final product's appearance if it matches the approved design.
  • Incorrect Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information for engraving, including text, images, and design specifications. We are not liable for errors in the final product if the information provided was incorrect.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your item is eligible for a return due to a fault or damage, please contact us at support@funkybanana.com.au within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Assessment: We will review your request and assess the issue. If approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.
  4. Return Shipping: Costs associated with be determined on a case to case basis. Funky Banana reserves the right to request that customer pay for returns. 
  5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or replacement based on your preference and the nature of the issue. Please note that replacements will be produced using the original approved design and specifications. No amendments or changes can be made to the replacement item.

  • Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been misused or damaged intentionally.
  • This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your legal entitlements.
