Thank you for choosing Funky Banana Australia. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of your custom engraved products.
Temporary Update: Orders placed between 15th March 2026 and 31st March 2026 will follow our holiday shipping schedule and ship on 1st April 2026.
1. Shipping within Australia:
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. This applies to all states and territories. We utilize Sendle and Australia Post for our standard shipping.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 (three to five) business days for us to process your order, as each item is custom made. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery within Australia typically takes 4-8 (four to eight) business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- Express Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at support@funkybanana.com.au before placing your order to discuss options and associated costs. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping. However, shipping costs for orders outside of Australia will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package, as determined by the shipping carrier.

- Shipping Carrier: We typically use Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS for international shipments.

- It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
