  • Upon acceptance of your order, we will create a personalized, engraved product based on the design and specifications you provide.

  • We strive to fulfill all orders placed through our website. However, due to various factors, we may need to decline or cancel an order. We reserve the right to do so at our discretion. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

4. Design and Proofing:

  • For custom engraved items, you are responsible for providing the correct text, images, and design specifications.
  • We may provide a proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully and notify us of any errors.
  • Once you approve the proof, production will begin, and no further changes can be made.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the final product if they match the approved proof.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.  
  • You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns and Refunds:

Our return policy is detailed on our website. As our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged products. Please review our return policy carefully.
